A.S.K. provides support services for children with cancer and their families. They give supplies such as toys and games and have a dedicated staff to help children with cancer and pass time faster.
Safe Harbor supports those who are experiencing or have experienced domestic and/or sexual violence. Safe Harbor offers comprehensive services for survivors of sexual and/or intimate partner violence.
VCU Children’s Medical Center Diabetes Camp is a camp for children with diabetes sponsored by VCU Medical Center. VCU Children’s Medical Center Diabetes Camp provides a camp for children with Type I or Type II diabetes that would not usually be able to go to a camp.
STEP dedicated to mobilizing the suburban church to action in the lives of their urban neighbors to stop poverty. STEP's mission is to develop strategies to meet the needs of the urban poor in Richmond.
Comfort Zone Camp transforms the lives of children who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling, or primary caregiver. Their programs are free of charge and include confidence building activities and age-based support groups that break the emotional isolation grief often brings.
Make-A-Wish grants wishes to those with life-threatening illnesses. Make-A-Wish serves a unique, and vital, role in helping strengthen and empower children battling critical illnesses.
The Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Metro Richmond empowers young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to succeed in life. Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Metro Richmond has built two facilities to promote college readiness, including academic preparation and opportunities to practice on-the-job skills.
Greater Richmond SCAN’s mission is to prevent and treat child abuse and neglect throughout the Greater Richmond area by protecting children, promoting positive parenting, strengthening families and creating a community that values and cares for its children. Their Child Advocacy Center improves the Richmond area’s investigation, treatment, and prosecution of child sexual abuse and severe physical abuse cases by implementing an innovative, multidisciplinary response system.
Connor's Heroes provides support for children who must endure cancer treatment and their families. Their goal is to make fighting childhood cancer a journey a family never faces alone.
Richmond Outreach Center, now named Celebration Church, runs different programs for the community to be involved in outreach. Richmond Outreach Center connects people through outreach so they can experience new life and hope.
Wings of Hope Ranch rescues neglected horses and rehabilitates them to provide a horse ministry to children in need, free of charge. With the help of Wings of Hope Ranch, rescued horses and children facing conflicts or challenges come together to help each other learn to love and trust again.

Henrico CASA is committed to advocating for the best interests of children involved in the juvenile court process. The Henrico CASA program recruits, screens, trains, and supervises volunteers dedicated to representing the needs of abused and neglected children, children in juvenile dependency proceedings, and children in need of services or supervision.
Christian Youth Theater (CYT) is an after-school theater arts training program for students ages 4-18. CYT teaches drama, voice, dance, and specialty theatrical workshops at weekly two-hour classes.
